The hotel has internal connections to mandalay bay and excalibur, i found this very convenient. the gym was well-equipped, i liked the variety. parking was easy and affordable. The self-park option suited me well. room cleaning was good and efficient. I felt the overall hotel vibe was enjoyable.
the pool was not heated for several days , i found that quite disappointing. it restricted my enjoyment a bit.

the hotel is on the southern end of the strip, i think that helps with accessing nearby attractions. its location offers internal connections to two other hotels, this expanded my exploration options. there are many options for dining and leisure nearby.

the fitness center includes adequate equipment, i saw different machines. the hotel provides a free monorail, this added convenience for traveling around. i noticed two starbucks locations for morning coffee, a convenient amenity.

The building's design was something I liked. Its unique shape stood out.
The room's cleanliness left much to be desired. I found holes in the sheets and pillowcases. The temperature was also a problem. Even with the curtains closed as instructed, the room couldn't stay below 80 degrees, quite uncomfortable.

The staff was helpful and professional. I appreciated the upgrade to the tower. It was a nice touch and included a good view of the mountains. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfy. The bathrooms were also nice.

The shuttle ran between Excalibur, Mandalay, and here. This made going to many places easy. Staff worked hard, so we extended our stay. I found the guest services amazing, and the hotel staff very helpful.
I had trouble with the hotel reception. I had a payment issue with my card at check-in. It caused unnecessary stress.

the architecture looks pretty cool, but this is definitely one of the more outdated hotels. the hvac system in the pyramid was not working well. various guests were having ac issues. rooms were stuffy since the hvac system was not working properly.
